That’s it. 25 companies, over 2000 photos and an incalculable amount of products. Another Toy Fair is in the books. There are a ton of people to thank, but the biggest thanks are reserved for the photographer who took all of the impressive images that accompany the text. They are: Peter Trifiatis, Andrew Orrino and Brian Estock. Thanks also to all of the great pr people I had the pleasure of dealing with at Toy Fair. I would also like to personally thank a “Good Samaritan” who offered assistance when it was sorely needed.

Finally, the best thing I took from Toy Fair this year was a sense of hope. Because, despite the declining economy, toy companies were not skimping, from what I saw, on either quantity or, most importantly, quality. It was also inspiring to see so many new companies at Toy Fair this year. So, my friends, it seems that the state of the toy industry is strong. So, Play On!
