Our final NYCC report is from the Diamond Select Toys booth. Diamond had a booth that consisted largely of a long showcase, with all the products displayed behind glass. They had products of all shapes and sizes on display, from banks to action figures, to their highly collectible MiniMates. Properties represented included X-Files, Muppets, Gotham, I Vampire, and Nightmare before Christmas. But, by far the highlight for me was the Ghostbusters figure line. The rooftop diorama, which was teased at Toy Fair, was present in prototype form, and truly looked spectacular.
