Sunday, we finally got some more information about the next series of Doctor Who, as a panel was held as part of Comic-Con@Home. The panel featured Jodie Whittaker (The 13th Doctor), Mandap Gil (Yazmin Khan) and newcomer John Bishop (Dan Lewis), who was introduced in the epilogue to Revolution of the Daleks. They were joined by showrunner Chris Chibnall and a “special secret surprise guest.” Don’t want it spoiled? Watch the video of the panel below. Spoilers follow after the video. That’s right, Jacob Anderson from Game of Thrones will be joining the cast as recurring character Vinder. The other juicy details from the panel include that the series will be one large story with each episode being a chapter, the Doctor and Yaz will have been traveling together for a while when they will meet Dan mid-adventure and the new Team TARDIS will face both old and new monsters.
