EDITOR’S NOTE: Welcome to TONY’s GARAGE, our new section for Hot Wheels Coverage. Here is Tony’s latest review.

Review by: Tony Emmolo

The Honda Prelude is a sport compact car which was produced by Japanese car manufacturer Honda from 1978 until 2001. The two-door coupe was loosely derived from the Honda Accord and spanned five generations. The Prelude was used by Honda to introduce the Japanese Honda with the international release of the model following shortly after.

Hey guys this is Tony with another Hot Wheels review. Today, we’re looking at the ‘98 Honda Prelude, Dollar General Exclusive, HW J-Imports, part of this year’s line, #125/250. This exclusive version of the car comes in a dazzling Seafoam green exterior paint, with Honda hood logo & detailed front fog lights, taillights and a black hood. The car also features smoke tinted windows and a red interior.

This Hot Wheels version of the Honda Prelude has a very specific origin, as it is based on the Prelude SiR that the family of legendary Hot Wheels designer, the late Ryu Asada, owned in 1998. Once again, this exclusive seafoam green version is only available at Dollar General.

Although it is not possible to buy this particular car from Dollar General online, you can find it in stores.

You can also get it from Amazon

Until next time. Thanks for visting Tony’s Garage.
