FIGURES AND MORE EXCLUSIVE!!
TOY FAIR 2010: HASBRO: MARVEL- SPIDER-MAN
Spider-Man: The big news in the Spider-Man segment of Hasbro’s Marvel line this year concerns the scale. This year, for the first time, the Spider-Man line will be offered in the 3¾” scale. This new scale line will begin appearing on the shelf in Spring 2010. In addition to accessories, each figure will come with “Battle Cards”, which can be used to play a card game involving the heroes and villains of the Spider-Man Universe. They can also be fitted together like a puzzle. The characters represented in the first wave include: Spider-Man (in various outfits, both black and red), Green Goblin, Hobgoblin Venom and the Rhino. The figures are highly detailed, with excellent articulation for a 3¾” figure. The figures will retail for $7.99.

A blast from the past is returning this year as Hasbro introduces the “Ooze Attack” Playsets. These playsets feature mini figures and a small jar of the slime-like compound called “Ooze.” Anybody who is old enough to the remember the old Kenner Master’s of the Universe “Slime Chamber” knows what to expect here. Kids, ask your Fathers. The two sets announced so far are: Spider-Man vs. Green Goblin and Spider-Man vs. Lizard.
