Next up at Toy Fair, we have one of the “big boys” in the toy industry, Hasbro. As you might imagine, Hasbro came loaded for bear at Toy Fair, and with their robust line up, no one who toured their showroom left disappointed. In addition to the “usual suspects” (Star Wars, Transformers and Marvel), this was the sophomore year for Power Rangers, and the first year for Ghostbusters product.
As expected, The Child (a.k.a. Baby Yoda), was all over the Star Wars display. But, there was also a surpise appearance by Slave I. The Transformers area featured reappearances by some celebrated old friends Skorponok and Sky Lynx. The Marvel area was headlined by the product for the new Black Widow Movie, but also featured cool new X-Men and Spider-Man Marvel Legends assortments. The Ghostbusters area was full of nostalgia, showing off the Real Ghostbusters tribute line, as well as the 6″ Proton Collection, based on the original film. The Power Rangers area also featured the latest figures and Zords from the current season, as well as new figures in the Lightning Collection, spanning the entire history of the show.
However, the biggest surprise at Hasbro, by far, was the return of G.I. Joe, in 6″ form. It is great to finally see this line back in the game and I hope this iteration succeeds.
My personal highlights from Hasbro include the new X-Men Movie Legends Professor X and Magneto 2 pack, which includes Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan heads, the Child Black Series figure, which is SO tiny, and the return of the Real Ghostbusters figures.

Here are our photos from the Hasbro Showroom. I took these. I know they’re not as good as Nate’s, but I tried.
